Weather in Sweden

It had been dark, grey, cold and windy for the past week.
I have not been in the real mood of going out so much lately unless I have to. Today Peter left at 7:00 and will only be back tomorrow night and after Gabriel left to school this morning, I am left all alone till late afternoon around 16:30 before he get back home from school. It had been raining and it will be raining the whole day and followed by the same weather tomorrow.
According to the weather forecast it will start to snow on Thursday. I can start to imagine how freezing it will start to be by then. I like it in a way when it snows because it will look much lighter outseide when everything is white otherwise it is dark already at around 15:00.

Elrener 22nd Birthday

She turn 22 on the 14th december 2012. Had a family dinner with just the children and their boyfriends.
I did teriyaki chicken, beef yakiniku (elrener's boyfriend, Filip favourite dish)
and singaporean rojak.
Today 17th nov, she will be celebrating her birthday party with all her friends at home.

Halloween

Halloween party for Gabriel's class 3D. Since I was one of the 4 parents who are the class representative this Winter, I was there throughout the whole party, organizing, helping out with the other parents. It felt long... especially to be there on a Friday evening.
The kids have plenty of drinks, snacks, games, playing and dancing that night. It was a long night for all of the kids. Gabriel was awake from 6:30 and was in school then to the party until 21:00 hrs that day.
Furthermore he had his best buddy following us for a sleep over that night too. They played n before bedtime, they both were watching a movie which both fall to sleep even before the movie end.

Chicken Briyani

One day I was at one of my Singaporean friend house here and she decided to cooked Chicken Briyani. 

It tasted so nice that I decided to try it out for myself. It does taste so much nicer than using any ready made spices which I use to buy before.

It turn out so well and the fragrance... I am very please. 

I also did Sambal Prawns and Acar Timun (Cucumber pickle) together with this dish. 

Will find time to add in the recipes of my sambal prawns and cucumber pickle one day.
