Mid summer is very well known for all Swedish people to celebrate. Most shops are closed, big town turns into a quiet ghost street and people are hardly at home. This is a tradition where you can see all young and old, man and women, girls and boys just happy and dance. They will dance around the pole with hundred and thousand of people around the world that came to celebrate the midsummer. For two years we have been celebrating our midsummer with our very close friend Anders, Sirpa and her family. Leksand is one of the best places to celebrate midsummer. Speeches will be in German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, and Italian and so on
This is our friends from Borlange, Sirpa and Anders, holding my son and looking at something.....
This is the pole. It is decorated with lots of flowers. It takes so many many men to pull this up.
Veldiner and her best friend Sara. Daughter to Sirpa and Anders.
My lesbian friend. NO Just Joking. She is fun and crazy. Linda comes from Norway. This is her first time to celebrate mid summer in Sweden and she is really shocked to see thousands of people around.
Again Sirpa and my son Gabriel. So sweet of her to take care of him as mummy is busy running around. Ops......... I hope that is not the wine she is giving him.
Ian Philip and Gabriel. Son to Linda.
Papa trying to sit on the kiddy train ride with his son.
Blogging on beauty, food, travel, handmade outdoor furniture, family and friends I met along my journey.

Elrener 14th Birthday party
Here is Elrener 14th party. My teenage girl. Not much photo was taken for it is parents forbidden area. Although dinner and snacks was served, we are not allowed to hang around. Her auntie Katarina helps to cook Tacos for her birthday dinner. Still no photos of her good food. Sorry Kata!!!
I think one of the boys here could be her admire... wondering which one???
Veldiner 12 years birthday party
Here she is celebrating her 12 years birthday party with a bunch of her classmates. She is the shortest and smallest one.
Mummy and Daddy did our own birthday cake for the her. Quiet impressive.
OK ready now she's blowing. Two cakes ! One cake is not enough for all those young kids as they can really eat.....
Now comes daddy, helping her to cut and distribute the cakes. Emmm all are waiting.
Now they're enjoying the cakes. They do have disco after but I am not allowed to be there watching them as they wants to enjoy themselves without parents. So no shots of them dancing.
Gabriel 1 year
Happy Birthday to my one year old baby boy, Gabriel.
His first birthday cake.
Ohhh wow. He blew it. Proud parents! He did it!
Yummy ! That was good...
