Reunion Gathering in Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh

Beautiful seaview, nice breeze, excellent surrounding with great company of people who came from different parts of the world for the reunion. We were there for a week and all activities are planned and organised by the employees of the Sheikh.

We stayed at the 3 bedroom villa in the Sheraton Compound. We were given a note when we arrived, that breakfast and lunch will be served by the poolside. Dinner will be organised at different restaurant everyday and we are to be ready and gather in front of the main house by 20:30 where the cars will take us to the restaurant.

All spouses and children are invited to the reunion. Not all spouse and children came due to their own sets of personal reasons. Amazingly I met lots of people which I have never met before.

We spent our whole week, together doing lots of activities.

Moe playing guitar and singing some of his songs.

The main house with the lighting at night.

Enjoying the sun and the pool. We had water aerobic held by Asraf. There were not much people joining us as few people got sick and was stuck in their room, somehow few days later we had a full group joining us in the water aerobic.

Kids playing in the game room in the main house. Gabriel got close to Hani who is working in the house and Hani have been helping and assisting Gabriel everytime he wants to go to the playrrom as his leg is too short to press the paddle for his racing cars. Gabriel called Hani his best friend.

My first snorkling lesson in the Red Sea. Initial plan was to go down to the bridge and feed the fishes but eventually the kids and I jumped inside the water and start snorkling. Mary and Mustaffa was helping us and they have called the house for someone to sent down some snorkle and life vest. Since we have never tried before and afraid that we might get panic even though we knew how to swim.

We walked down from his house to the water and we sat at his private bridge feeding the fish. Hundreds of colourful fishes came up to the top eating the bread. Later when we went inside the water, I could not express how beautiful the corals and the colours of the fishes. The life inside the sea are so beautiful and colourful.

Dinner at the Italian restaurant near the light house. After dinner we went to Naa Ma Bay for a walk and have a drink before we head back to the villa.

On our 3rd days in Sharm El Sheikh, we went on a cruise on the board a Private boat called Lima. We had our breakfast and were told that Lima is already there on the bride waiting for us. We left at 11 in the morning and was back to the house at almost 6 in the evening. We had lots and lots of fun.
We took a small boat from the bridge to Lima. When everyone is finally on board, the captain start to cruise away. Everyone went on top of the deck enjoying the sun and the sea breeze.

Gabriel was given a Captain title and a cap when he came on board, he was also bought to the top of the ship where he is invited to sit on the captain chair to navigate. Soooo cute isn't it.

Later when the ship anchored, we took the small boat and went snorkling in the middle of the sea near a small island. Everyone tried even though Veldiner and Gabriel was nervous at the beggining. We had few good swimmers and divers who were with us even the Captain Abdullah came along. I am looking forward to do this anytime again.

When we came back, we had our lunch on Lima. Guess everyone is hungry.

After lunch everyone stays on board Lima and try fishing. Elrener and Veldiner gets excited for everytime they throw their baits down in a gap of one mins or less, they caught a fish. It's so exciting to be able to catch fish that easy. In the Red Sea is obvious easy to find fish, sharks, dolphin and everyone knows that.

The guys had so much fun that they had loud music and were dancing on the dancing floor. Which later you can see them sleeping on the sofa of tired ness.

On the way back, we saw dolphin swimming few meters away. I got excited when the Captain called out for me while I was sitting inside telling me to come out immediately to see the Dolphin.

It was indeeed a memorable day for the kids to catch fishes and went snorkling on that beautiful luxury big boat Lima.

Back to the house again, Gabriel and almost everyone later went for a swim in the pool. It was a long day boat trip and we took a nice swim and back to change preparing for the dinner. That night we went to the Chinese Restaurant for dinner and we went back to the house where everyone sat by the pool side chatting. At around 1 in the morning the Sheikh came with his friends. We sat talking for a while and we went to bed around 3 in the morning.

Next day after lunch the boys grab some photos with the Sheikh and we had a two guys showing us new toys which moves like a dolphin. They use in the pool but I could not grab a photo shot of it as it was too fast going up and down the water.

Our last night in Sharm El Sheikh, we were around 30 people altogether going to the Lebanese Restaurant in Inter Continental. After the dinner we went to Movenpick for an ice-cream. Gabriel pull my hand and his dad hands asking us to get up from the chair and dance in the dancing floor out of the blue. Everyone was laughing looking at him.

Gabriel hurt his leg in the morning when he got up, just the day before we supposed to fly home. I was panic as he couldn't walk nor stand. They have asked me if I wanted to asked for the doctor to come to the house. Seeing Gabriel look and he gets more nervous, I decided to apply Voltaren and have him bandage for few hrs to see what happened. He was laying on bed fully rested until 5 in the evening and finally he was able to walk again slowly but slight limping. We had so many transfer from Cairo, Milan until we reach Malaga our final destination. It was a long day but we had the most fun and memorable holiday of our life.
