Playing skateboard at home? Is not a good combination, somehow Gabriel is always going around with skateboard at home but in different form. He sit and glide around on the skateboard with his ski goggles. Sometimes with winter glove and ski helmet too.

Triathlon in Stockholm..

I was taking our daily usual walk and got struck for a while in Gamla Stan, Stockholm and due to the race most roads are blocked.
Somehow I saw those people who are on the bike with their swim wear still on, they have completed their swimming and on the 2nd stage of cycling. Those people look fit for certain. Saturday the weather was in fact very nice for them to be in the competition with a nice weather but Sunday was raining the whole day which I felt sorry for those who are taking part in these competition.
Today in the morning, I got a mail from my girlfriend, Claudia. She was in that race on Sunday. Its a pity I didnt know, otherwise I could have been there to support her. Anyway Claudia is a sport freak person and she is very healthy. Nothing negative about that, in fact it is very positive. She jogged, swim and cycle almost everyday she can and she have a nice slender body..

Oven bake banana with stuffed chocolate

Not a dessert, chocolate sweety stuff of person. Never fancy cakes or dessert after meal but I took one of this to be social since my son and husband wants them.

Easy...
Cut through a slice in the middle of the banana
Stuffed in chocolate
Put in the oven around 200 deg c till the banana skin turn black and the chocolate are melt.
Served with ice cream....

My Stop Motion - Flireflies

I was taking a course of moving picture and created a project in school using movie maker with hundreds of still photos and it turn out this! Kind of cool to be working with photos... Thanks to my daughter Veldiner for helping me out throughout this project when I need her to take some photos for me during my planning but some times I took those photos myself when I am not in the picture itself. Gabriel on the other hand was the thousand hug parts with me :)

Found long lost photos

I was trying to retrive back all my old photos as to do my school project when Peter finally remembered that he had a back up CD with all the photos before my computer got crashed in Spain. I went to some of them and this are few which I would like to post as past of our memories and past holiday. Obviously there will be more post to come as I could not believe that I have not been posting them before. Wondering why? The only reason I could come out with was I might be so busy at that time and could not have find time to write so I would not be missing to post them now even they are backdated.

School back after summer

Finally Gabriel started his first day of school today. His dad will go with him for the first day, just like all other parents. Then the rest of the others days after he will go by himself. He is a big boy now, starting primary 3. After school he will meet up with his eldest sister and they will go back home together. His sister started in KTH University last week and she finishes at 15:00, so they will go back together.

I have also started my schooling two weeks ago but mostly I, study distance and trying to finish up my project.

Today I am sick and have been feeling terrible the whole night with fever, shivering and body aching. Just gonna lay down on bed since I am all alone at home.

Fiberwig Mascara

I love Fiberwig Mascara. Have tried many dozens of different brands but so far I have repeated buying the same brand after it finished.

Pancake

Gabriel have been so much into making his own breakfast and serving us breakfast on bed lately.
Today he have asked me if I could teach him how to do pancake. He did all the process of mixing the flour and fry it on the pan himself.
Turn out good. My baby boy is becoming a big boy now:)

Standing up kayak competition

Its the first time I saw a standing up kayak. It is tough and tiring plus trying to stand up and balance yourself on that flat kayak.

Cute little mouse

We were sitting at our back garden when a little mouse ran under our back door and hide. Later we realised there were 2 of them there. Gabriel ran up to get some cheese and it came out slowly to eat them.

My husband and I have created a dating website (www.linkicu.com) It is supposed to be pronounce as LINK I SEE YOU in short as I C U Eventually we will be working with different restaurants and also will be holding a speed date event when we are stable someday with the members. This dating website gives an offer to all members a free travel which include flight, hotel, airport transfer and breakfast to Italy.

Ellie accepted to KTH University in Stockholm

She started today on her first day in KTH.... Very excited and happy. Finally after many long months of waiting, she got in!!!!!! She is so proud of it and I am so happy and proud of her too.
Got an early morning sms from her when she arrived at the University saying that she was greeted by the seniors student with red overall standing in a long straight rows and trying to make themselves look scary and to frighten all the newcomers and she felt it was funny and nice.

Finally one child is entering the University now and what a relieved.

Wonder how? Magic? Illusion?

I just wonder how they did this? Amazing he's floating right above a small size girl with a single stick connected and with no effort. First time I saw this on a street show.

Our trip to Italy during the summer of 2012

We decided to drive to Italy from Stockholm after we came back 3 days from our vacation holiday. It was a very long drive down. We stayed a night in Hannover, Germany after more than 15hrs of drive from Stockholm. It was a nice lovely city. We took the train down to the town in the evening to have our dinner. Later, we took a walk around.The next day we woke up at 9, had our breakfast and start to head the road down again. This time we drove straight down to Italy.We arrived Italy almost midnight. Checked into the hotel and went to sleep straight away. Next day when we got up, we drove to Lake Garda which is just 30 minutes away. That was where we stayed few days.It is beautiful in Lake Garda. It is more of a tourist place. I would recommended this place for anyone who have not been to Italy. It is fantastic.

We did drove down to Lake Orta during our stay in one of the hotel nearby. My husband prefer Lake Orta much more than Lake Garda. I found both places amazingly beautiful.

On our way back home, we drove by the Swiss Apls. It has so many breathtaking scenery. We actually did drove pass by the Swiss Alps on our way down to Italy but since it was dark and very late night, we were not able to see any view. So we had the opportunity to see the most beautiful breathtaking view of Swiss Apls on the way back now. I may took so many photos, but there are just few which I think I would like o put them up right now.

We stop almost on the top of the mountain, bought some drink, rest a little and took some amazing photos from the top of the mountain.It was a great holiday with all the 3 children but very tiring journey indeed. I don't think I would love to drive this long drive again next time unless we can have the luxury of stopping over to stay a night after every 5 hrs drive.

Perch or Abborre in Swedish

An hour before we left, I am so determined that I would catch at least one more fish. Later we realized that it was not one more fish but I caught 12 fishes within an hr. I get so excited. The fish are just biting on to my bait each time and I put the bait inside. I would have caught much more fishes if I have the time but we have to leave soon to catch our train back to Stockholm.
On the other hand, I am not afraid of cleaning the fish and taking out all the stomach, scaling etc but... I am afraid of putting the fish to sleep and even to push the live wiggling worms into the bait.... NOooo way.. So...Peter have to do all the things that I dislike doing. He was practically running forward n back like crazy searching for worm for my bait and putting the fish to sleep after I caught them, and since I caught the fish in less than a minute after throwing the bait down, Peter kept running forward n back for worms n putting the fish to sleep. It was a very nice experience to be able to catch so much Perch (Abborre) fishes in an hr.

I have to say that bridge that I stand on to fish are just amazing. It has so many fishes. I told Björn that he did not have to buy any fish as he can just go to his own pier in front of his house n catch fishes. Most of his neighbour around did came to his pier to fish as it can be so easy to get fishes just like I did.

A night at Lena and Björn Cyrus

We were invited to their summer house and stay a night there. It was a very nice evening. Gabriel got his first big fish. In fact it is so easy to catch fishes here right from their dock.
Their long pier was fantastic. In the evening we prepares food together and Björn grilled.
