Salmon


One of My Healthy Lunch 

Toasted bread of any kind
A slice of Cheese
 Fried Egg
Salmon
Cucumber 
1 table spoon of salmon roe
Mayonaise

If you like to add butter on the bread is nice but I am not so much of a butter fan. Its so fattening but I know its nice and its not that I have never ate butter, I do sometimes but not all the time.
Also add in spoonful of  Mayonnaise above the fried egg before you lay down the salmon.
