Yong Tau Foo - soup and Dipping sauce

Soup base:

Ikan bilis- anchovies
Dried prawns
Onion
Garlic
Fish and vegetable bullion.
Put in pot and boil them together for 2 hrs. When done filter away the soup. 
You can start putting in your vegetables, fishball etc inside.


Chillie dip sauce:
Hoisin sauce
Chilli sauce (siracha)
Oyster sauce
Water
Sesame seed
