Gym Workout

There is only one thing which I really miss doing, is my daily gym workout. I have been so persistent and going to the gym for the past 9 months. I hardly miss my training unless I am sick. The gym is part of my life then. I have never felt being forced to do it, tired or bored, instead I felt excited every day to go to the gym and I would spent hrs by myself there. Late December 2014, I felt my arms are not feeling so good. I felt weak and to some movement I made I would feel the pain. Unfortunately, I did  not take it seriously as I thought it was just a minor pain and will go away. I still went for regular training. Until one fine day, I couldn't even lift a bag of groceries. That was where I realised I have gone to the extent that I have destroyed my arms. Eventually, I have to stop training totally as both my arms gets so painful if I move too much.
It has been 2 months now that I have been missing my gym and having the counter braces on both arms.

Felt so good back then as I am pretty much feeling very fit as I have started to feel that I am building muscles and strength. 
These are my two favourite protein drink which I took after my daily workout.



 This was just taken before I stop with my workout. My 2 girls came to us for a visit during Christmas and New Year. My girls love the gym too and they usually work out in their gym back in Sweden, so each time when they came to London to visit me, we would always be spending our daily gym workout together.
Now that my hands will be needing the plentiful rest for the next 8 months, probably I do not think I will be able to go to the gym again like I use to.
